How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders, and shipping is free on orders over $45. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout if your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within a few business days. We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but during busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier speed. Rural or remote addresses may take slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not currently offer expedited shipping, but we process orders as quickly as possible to minimize wait time.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the continental United States.

What if my order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it?

Sometimes tracking updates can be early, or packages may be delivered to a neighbor by mistake. If your order shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still doesn’t turn up, contact us—we’ll do our best to sort it out.

REFUND / RETURN FAQs

Do you accept returns?

Your happiness matters to us, and we want you to truly enjoy every candle you bring home. Didn’t fall in love with a scent? That’s okay—it happens! Let us make it right.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.

To get started, just send us a message with your order number and we’ll walk you through the return process. We’re here to make it simple and stress-free.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the damage and your order number so we can take care of it quickly. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. Please reach out if you have any questions—we'll guide you through the next steps.

Are sale items returnable?

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We begin processing orders quickly, so changes are not guaranteed after the order is placed.

Do you offer gift options or gift wrapping?

We don’t offer gift wrapping at this time, but our packaging is beautiful on its own and ships safely. If you're sending a gift, feel free to leave a note at checkout—we’re happy to leave out pricing information and include a handwritten message!

What if I don’t like the scent I ordered?

We totally get it—scent is personal! While we can’t offer returns on used candles, we still want you to be happy with your purchase. If a fragrance isn’t quite what you expected, please reach out. We’re happy to talk through options.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Are your candles clean-burning?

Yes! Our candles are made with clean-burning 100% coconut-soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils, so you can feel good about what you're lighting in your home.

What are top, middle, and base notes in a candle?

When you burn a candle, the fragrance unfolds in layers — These layers are called scent notes, and each plays a different role in how the candle smells over time:

Top Notes:
These are the first scents you notice when you light the candle or open the jar — usually fresh, bright, or citrusy. They’re designed to grab your attention but tend to fade as the candle burns.

Middle Notes:
Once the candle settles in, the middle notes take over. These are the main body of the fragrance — often floral, fruity, herbal, or spicy — and they give the candle its personality.

Base Notes:
These are the deeper, richer scents that emerge last and linger longest. Think vanilla, musk, amber, wood, or smoke. They anchor the fragrance and give it warmth and staying power.

As your candle burns, you’ll notice a gentle shift — starting bright and airy, becoming cozy and full, and ending on a smooth, lasting finish.

How long do your candles burn?

Our burn times vary by size:

12 oz. Canning Jar: Approx. 60-75 hours
8 oz. Candle Tin: Approx. 30-45 hours

For best results, trim your wick before each use and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the vessel on the first burn.

How should I care for my candle?

To get the most out of your candle:

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn
  • Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges on the first burn
  • Don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Keep away from drafts and never leave a burning candle unattended
