Shipping Policy — Hills & Burrow

Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). During launches and holidays, processing may take a bit longer. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Rates & free shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Shipping is free on orders over $45. Orders under $45 will see the flat-rate cost at checkout.

Delivery estimates
After dispatch, most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier speed. Rural or remote addresses may take slightly longer. (Carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll always help where we can.)

Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO
Yes—we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (typically via USPS).

Expedited shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. We process orders as quickly as possible to minimize wait time.

“Delivered” but not received
Sometimes tracking updates are early or a package is left with a neighbor. If tracking shows Delivered but you don’t have it:

1. check around the delivery area and with neighbors;

2. check with your local post office/UPS location;

3. if it still doesn’t turn up within 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help start a carrier trace.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the product and box so we can evaluate and make it right (replacement or refund). For full details, see our Refund / Return Policy.

Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it; additional postage may apply.

Warm-weather note
Candles can soften in heat. Please bring your package inside promptly after delivery.
