Return Policy — Hills & Burrow

30-day return window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused and unburned, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at hillsandburrow@gmail.com with your order number. If the return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the product and box so we can evaluate and make it right (replacement or refund).

Exchanges
Fastest route: place a new order for the item you want and return the original after your return is approved. Or email us and we’ll help with an exchange.

Who pays return shipping?

• If your item arrived damaged/defective or we made an error, we’ll provide a prepaid label.

• For all other returns (e.g., scent preference), you may ship with your own trackable method or request a prepaid label from us; if you use our label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can’t accept returns for: used/burned candles, final-sale/clearance items, gift cards, and custom/special orders. (We also don’t accept returns of hazardous materials like flammable liquids or gases.)

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
